Patient Accounts Representative
Full-Time Position – 40 hours per week. Works 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. / 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. (rotates every other week).
Duties included processing medical claims in a timely manner, investigating denied claims, resolving disputed claims by gathering, verifying and providing additional information, following up on claims. Background in medical billing and billing terminology a plus.
